Problems With Your Order?
Please report any problems with your order via the form below.
Should an item or items in your order arrive damaged or become lost in delivery, C tHe Creative will either refund or replace the problem item for you as follows:
- Damaged Items: Provided you contact us within 21 days of the date shipment tracking reports your item as DELIVERED and you send us pictures of the damaged goods to the email above, let us know whether you prefer a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost and we will be glad to that for you.
- Items Lost in Delivery: After giving the particular delivery service 21 days from the day the item shows as SHIPPED, we will gladly issue you a full refund, or if you prefer, will will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
