Authorized Distributors
This font may only be purchased, downloaded, or otherwise obtained through:

1. Definitions

  • Font – The digital typeface file(s) created by C tHe Creative LLC.
  • Use – Installing, displaying, or embedding the font in a project or product.
  • Mom and Pop Shop – An individual or small business with fewer than 10 employees and total annual revenue below $125,000 USD and is not a provider of design-generation or text-generation tools, platforms, or services that allow third parties to design with fonts.
  • Enterprise / Large-Scale Use – Any organization with more than 10 employees or annual revenue exceeding $125,000 USD, or any provider of design-generation or text-generation tools, platforms, or services that allow third parties to design with fonts.

2. Ownership

The font and all associated artwork remain the exclusive property of C tHe Creative LLC and/or Carlos E. Diaz-Rivera.
Purchasing a license grants limited usage rights — not ownership.
More specifically, this License covers only the font model explicitly stated in the “Applies To” section of this agreement.
Each font name and model requires its own separate license.

3. License Grant

Provided you or your organization meet only the definition of “Mom and Pop Shop” as stated in Section 1 (Definitions),
you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:

  • Use the font in personal projects or small-scale commercial products.
  • Incorporate the font into tangible items (e.g., printed shirts, posters, packaging).
  • Embed the font in digital designs, applications, or games provided the font file itself is not accessible or extractable.

 

You will receive all updates, corrections, and minor revisions of the same font model at no additional cost.

4. Restrictions

You may not do any of the following:

  1. Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or share the raw font file(s).
  2. Offer the font as part of a software tool, web app, or design platform.
  3. Install the font on hardware or software accessible by third parties.
  4. Represent the font as your own work or claim authorship.

5. Enterprise / Large-Scale Use

If you/your organization:

  • Provides design, editing, or text-generation tools (e.g., Canva, Printify, social-media editors, etc.), or
  • Employs more than 10 people or exceeds $125,000 USD annual revenue,

 

you are not covered by this License and must obtain a MASTER COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE from C tHe Creative LLC for authorized use of the font(s) mentioned in the “Applies To” section of this agreement.

6. Warranty & Liability

The font is provided “as is.”
No warranty is expressed or implied regarding:

  • Platform compatibility (the font may not function identically on all operating systems, devices, or software), or
  • Suitability for a specific use, purpose, or medium, (for example, if the font appears too thin when printed on a coffee mug, that is considered user responsibility).

C tHe Creative LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use this font.

7. Support & Custom Work

If you discover an error or missing glyph, contact font_request(a)cthecreative.com (replace “(a)” with “@”).
Corrections will be attempted within two weeks whenever feasible.

For custom fonts or exclusive rights, contact license(a)cthecreative.com (replace “(a)” with “@”) to request a quote.

8. Digital Goods Policy

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final.
Once downloaded, it cannot be “returned” or “un-accessed.”

You can’t test-drive Schrödinger’s Cat in its box. Once it’s opened — dead or alive — the cat’s out of the bag (and so is your font).

No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, downloading, or using this font, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
